We offer technical consultancy services for Clients who are planning to set up a Valve repair workshop or want to start a Valve repair business. Our technical team with vast experience (over 25 plus years) in handling turnarounds and servicing all types of Valves both in the workshop and In-Situ in Industries like Power, Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petroleum, Pharmaceutical Industry, Chemical & Fertilizers, and all other Processing Industries. MTEIS Technical Team guides the Client with a selection of Valve repair and testing equipment along with basic mechanical workshop equipment and workshop design based on the type of Industry they have in their geographical area.

Our expert team can effectively handle the repair, testing and calibration services all types of control valves with both linear and direct acting actuators at our works or at Client workshop.

We also offer Online Calibration of actuators during pre - commissioning / pre and post shutdown activities.

Our in-house overhaul service covers:

  • Pre-test
  • Strip, clean & initial inspection.
  • Rectification of defective components.
  • Rebuild to OEM specifications if required.
  • Hydrostatic tested in accordance with standards(API/ANSI/ASME).
  • Seat leak test in accordance to Standards(API/ANSI/ASME).
  • Gas testing for API 6A and 6D valves (API 6A and 598).
  • Flow loop testing will be carried out upon client request.
  • Valve calibrated to client requirements.
  • Despatch of the Valve with proper documentation and packing.
