Our Vertical Valve Test Rigs are available up to 75 Tons clamping force with size ranging up to 16 inches valves. Our test machines are robust and come with a wide array of technologies that make pressure testing of your valves easier with accurate results and reliable performance.

Testing is vertical in the sense that the test fluid flow direction is vertical and the valve stem direction is horizontal.

The hydrostatic valve test benches of the model "VPT75" series are especially applied to test all kinds of flanged end valves, such as gate, globe, ball, plug, check control and safety valves etc., the test benches are effectively composed of four parts that are mechanical systems, hydraulic system, electric system and pneumatic system that controls the testing medium circulating in the entire process which includes loading, clamping, testing and unclamping of the valve in a controlled and safe manner.The testing medium can be water water or air and the maximum shell test pressure with liquid (water) is 414 bar and pneumatic upto 200 bar and can be made up to 680 bar for critical applications.
